Please note that the payment confirmation may take some time, depending on your chosen payment provider. In some cases, this can take up to 5 business days. However, you can already send the product to be tested so we can begin processing your order. A payment to PRUEFMAGAZIN.DE will appear on your statement. In the customer portal the customer portal, you can view your order history, manage invoices and payments, and conveniently update your customer details and contracts.
What happens next?
We kindly ask you to send the test sample in its original packaging, including the carton as provided to the customer, along with the user manual, product data sheets, and any other relevant informational materials in new condition. A basic version of the test sample is usually sufficient. Please send the sample to the following address:

Please note that the product certification process may take up to 12 business days after the product has been received. Upon completion of the evaluation, we will provide you with the test protocol, a link to the test report, and the certification seal of the Prüfmagazin Institute via the email address you have provided.
